The bronze plan is a great choice for businesses and organizations that want to be covered for two-way radio maintenance, but don't require frequent servicing. Here's what you get:

  • On-site maintenance servicing

  • On-site troubleshooting of equipment associated with infrastructure

  • Yearly maintenance to prevent issues

  • Free diagnostic (U.P. $60) for any repairs needed

  • Disinfecting and sanitization of frequent contact equipment with an antibacterial coating that lasts up to 3 months*.

Silver Tier

The silver plan is suitable for businesses and organizations that require quick-but-not-immediate assistance. Here's what you get:

  • Free diagnostic (U.P. $60) for any repairs needed

  • Mobile and portable radio parts picked up/dropped off

Ideal for mission-critical personnel. The gold  plan provides the most comprehensive coverage. Here's what you get:

  • Free diagnostic (U.P. $60) for any repairs needed

  • 24/7 support (with 2 hour response time & 4-hour deployment)

  • Standby spare repeater for a hot swop to minimize downtime

  • Standby spare handset for loan while undergoing repairs

  • Quarterly maintenance to prevent issues
