Repeater systems offer users clarity, enhanced coverage and security. With more than 40 years of experience in the Two-Way radio industry, Suneast has adopted several different technologies to ensure that our design and enhancement works fulfil our 95% coverage guarantee for in-building systems. Implementing technologies such as BIM (Building Information Modelling) and iBwave, we are able to work together closely with the main contractors and building owners to provide all the necessary documentation needed.

Site
Survey
Site Survey
Suneast uses a variety of tools to test and conduct our site surveys. We're able to identify with pinpoint accuracy, the problematic areas with coverage issues that need to be addressed. Transferring our results to a floor plan, we're able to clearly mark and present our findings for better visualization.
Design & Plan
With the results obtained from the site survey and problematic areas are marked on the floor plan, We begin to design and plan for an optimal system that maximizes each piece of equipment to its full potential.
Implement
Once an optimal design has been planned out, Suneast sets out to work swiftly in accordance to work safety regulations.
Testing
Once implementation is done, we begin will conduct a test to ensure all areas are covered and all problematic areas with coverage issues have been addressed. Any and all remaining coverage issues will be identified and rectified.
Updates
Once completed, we will do another round of testing to ensure that our system achieves our 95% network coverage guarantee as well as conduct software updates on all equipment to the latest version.
Handover
All equipment, tests results will be handed over to the client. Regular maintenance will be scheduled to maintain the Two-way radio equipment and system.
